Sandwiches are the go-to lunchbox filler for many children and grown-ups alike. It’s easy to slip into the habit of making the same old sandwich, but it’s possible to put anything you like between two pieces of bread, so get creative! I’m sharing a selection of sandwich recipes for lunchboxes which I hope will spark ideas and get your sandwich mojo flowing again!
A number of these sandwiches are grilled, and although I love a hot sandwich, don’t write -off putting a cold toastie in your lunch box. Cold pizza’s good, am I right? Same goes for hot, melty sandwiches.
The blogging community is filled with talented foodies and this collection of sandwiches comes from both sides of the pond. Don’t forget to think outside the box with your creations, we have sandwich rolls, sandwich kebobs, and even a waffle sandwich… yum!
